DYE SHADES

14 stock shades in pigment dye and 9 in reactive dye. You can also create your own Pantone via a lab dip, at an extra fee.

FABRIC WEIGHTS

What GSM means

GSM is grams per square metre — the weight of the fabric. Higher GSM means a heavier, thicker, more structured garment; lower GSM is lighter and more breathable.

100% Cotton · Single Jersey
Soft and breathable with a light drape. Our everyday tee weight — ideal for warm climates and high-volume runs.
240GSM
Signature Tee · Heavyweight
100% Cotton · Single Jersey
Dense and structured. Holds its shape with a heavier drape.
350GSM
Signature Hoodie · Garment-dyed
80% Cotton / 20% Poly · Brushed Fleece
Warm and substantial with a soft brushed inner fleece. The weight behind our in-house BLB Signature hoodies and pullovers.

Catalogue hoodies come in 400 gsm and 320 gsm.

KEY MEASUREMENTS

How we measure

Every BLB garment is measured flat — laid down, not on a body. Each measurement below is taken edge to edge across the garment.

Shoulder width Chest width Hem width Sleeve length Body length
  • Body length
    From the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
  • Chest width
    Straight across the garment, one inch below the underarm seam.
  • Sleeve length
    From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
  • Shoulder width
    Seam to seam straight across the back of the shoulders.
  • Hem width
    Straight across the bottom opening of the garment.

Our in-house BLB Signature garments run XS–5XL.

Your sample confirms fit and finish before production.
SAMPLES

Samples are charged as a fee and are not credited against the order. One round of changes is included; any further round is charged again.

Samples take 7–10 working days.

PRODUCTION

Production runs 15–20 working days, deposit to ready.

MINIMUMS

Minimum 10 per style — counted per style, per colour and per weight.
